This is my theme choice project. This project has the shape of a short vase. It is glazed in black and white with a small amount of overlap in between. The wide lip at the top gives it a very open look. A skill that I used was both choking and pushing the top outwards. An art element that it possesses is it's open look and separation of colors, contrasting both light and dark in the same project. This project expresses my theme of nature becuase it mixes both the light and dark of nature (night vs. day). It has a separated feel while remaining as one whole, complete project.
